Ntombizodwa Charity Nzimande

My name is Ntombizodwa Charity Nzimande. I was born into the Nzimande Clan in Ncwadi at Bulwer on December 8, 1978. I am an African lady and member of the Amaqadi Royal family. I am a single woman and mother of three sons. I am Christian at the Methodist Church of South Africa and member of Wesley guild in my church.

I come from a family of one man and two wives. My parents, James Nzimande (father) and Gladys Nzimande (mother) from the Hlongwane family, gave birth to two daughters and gave me the name of Ntombizodwa because it is a Zulu name which means that the parents got only daughters.

In 1985, I started school in Stepmore Primary School and studied from Grade 1 to Grade 7. In 1992, I attended high school at Batlokoa High School.

Later on, I started working at Sangwana pre-school as a teacher, where I was working for one year. The following year, I started working at Camanga Primary School as a teacher of Grade R. Here, I had the opportunity of working with different stakeholders around the school and the nearest schools in order to work with partnership and ensure that learners receive the best education and possibility of success.

While being working at Camanga Primary School, I am studying a Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Development and Primary Education at the University of South Africa to striving towards a quality education.

On 2018, I was committed to work partnership with international schools for doing the Mngani Educational Experience with a school in Spain (CRA La Huecha School).
